- How long does a full villa renovation in Dubai take?
- It depends on scope and approvals. A single bathroom is measured in weeks; a full villa strip-out and rebuild is a multi-month programme. You get a stage-by-stage schedule with your quote, and we update it in writing if anything shifts.
- Do you handle community and developer approvals?
- Yes. NOCs, permits and contractor registration in your community are part of the programme, not something we hand back to you.
- Can we live in the villa during the renovation?
- Often yes, if the work can be phased and dust-sealed. We tell you honestly at survey stage whether phasing will cost you more time than it saves in rent.
- What warranty do we get?
- A 10-year waterproofing warranty, a 2-year workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer warranties on all supplied fittings — issued in writing at handover.
