Complete renovation of a 130 m² sekelskifte apartment in Vasastan, Stockholm, completed in 2021.
The project involved replacing plumbing stacks, relocating the kitchen, and a full bathroom renovation, along with custom-built wardrobes and radiator covers.
Period detailing was restored with stucco cornices and three-part allmoge skirting, complemented by painted joinery, walls and ceilings, and a laid and sanded herringbone parquet floor.
